Reiki is a Spiritual Practice that consists of the laying on of hands, meditation and a conscious connection to receiving and transference of the Universal Energy. Healing is only one of the benefits of Reiki. Reiki can amplify innate abilities, help the individual experience continuous personal growth, and rid themselves of labels and expectations placed upon them by others. It can heal illness and disease. You could say Reiki awakens us at a soul level, which can even heal us throughout time and space. This awakening helps bring the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves into alignment to create balance within our lives.

Reiki healing for pets is conducted first by discussing the owner’s observations and concerns about the animal. Following that, I tune into the animal’s auric energy field, higher self and Akashic Records in order to receive pertinent information regarding why or how the physical or emotional illness has occurred and how to heal it. The next step is explaining the situation to the owner, so we can take positive steps to assist emotional and physical healing for their pet. Following this is the healing process in which I utilize shamanic or reiki energy healing to withdraw the unhealthy energy or emotion felt during the event and integrate healthy energy. This creates Spiritual balance and a sense of well-being. I may communicate requests from the animal to owner regarding its care, feelings, needs, wishes and wellbeing. Often the pet will relate events or situations to me, that have caused it distress, that it has been unable to communicate to it’s owner itself.
